Share in the week's events (below) and learn how you and your loved ones can be supported in your health transistions and live well with Squamish Hospice Society's programs and services.

9th Annual Hike for Hospice. Join us for our largest fundraiser of the year. Help those living with life limiting illness, end of life and those grieving the loss of a loved one be supported by showing up on May 1st. Help raise funds for programming and services. Click here to register

Caregivers Gathering. Save the Date. We welcome all caregivers to join on May 2nd. Gather and be supported. Location and details TBD

Hospice Palliative Care Open Forum & Volunteer. Join us at 6pm at the Squamish Adventure Centre. Celebrate our 10th anniversary as we share the evolution of hospice in Squamish. Hear from Key note speaker Jane Webley who will discuss palliative care in our community, as well as a professional panal who will discuss topics from Advance Care Planning to Post - op Masectomy massage.

BEFORE I DIE

Thanks to those who contributed thoughts and words to our Before I Die art installation downtown. Look for us again next year! And thank you to amazing volunteer Mel and Chris and others who supported this piece being created and installed.


 

Thank you for a great event! So grateful for all those who came out to join us and helped us raise over $20,000.00 for Hospice programs in the Sea to Sky!!

 

Are-You-Prepared?

There is still time to get prepared and support Squamish Hospice Society! Are-You-Prepared is donating $25 from every emergency kit purchased to the Squamish Hospice Society! Family, Pet, Car and Individual kits available. Very easy to order online at www.are-you-prepared.ca

  

Great News 

The Squamish Volunteer Drivers for Cancer Program is a go and the Squamish Hospice Society is very pleased to have been a part of keeping this much needed service in our community. If you are interested in supporting the Squamish Volunteer Drivers for Cancer Program you can make a donation via our website with the note "for driver program".  

Please note these donations will directly to the Volunteer Driver Program. It is our hope that while you support this important volunteer program and much needed service you continue to donate to the Squamish Hospice Society to ensure support for those in our community facing life limiting illness and grief.
